Built to complement the West Pond FlexStream display control platform, the keypad provides incarcerated individuals with controlled access to television functions while maintaining facility safety and operational control.
Designed using rugged “ATM-style” technology, the armored keypad is engineered to withstand the demanding conditions found in prisons, jails, detention centers, and behavioral health environments.
Unlike consumer remote controls, the armored keypad eliminates wireless access devices that can be lost, damaged, weaponized, or misused within the facility.
