FlexCare Support
A one-year subscription to FlexCare is a required component of every FlexStream device purchase. The first year of FlexCare is critical to a successful deployment, providing the resources needed to integrate the FlexStream device with your facility’s AV infrastructure. As part of the FlexCare service West Pond staff will assist with equipment integration support, content consultation, device configuration, and training for both technical staff and end users.
