Correction’s Connection (C-2) by West Pond is a secure, reliable, and affordable communications solution designed specifically for prisons and jails that allows correctional leaders to communicate with staff across uniquely designed TV channels.

C-2 leverages the power of existing IP networks to enable correctional leaders to communicate directly with staff via live streams, recorded video messages, and captivating multimedia content. Leaders and authorized personnel can develop dynamic communication and training content and deliver it in real time across a secure platform developed specifically for corrections by West Pond.

Installation is simple, and adaptable for use in large prison systems and local jails. The solution is easy to set up and requires minimal technical support. A FlexStream Player, similar in size and connectivity to a home streaming device but significantly more powerful and designed with correctional grade IT security, sits behind each TV. Once the player is connected and registered to the FlexStream cloud, that TV becomes a fully operational node on the C-2 network and under centralized control.

A secure portal provides real-time information about each device, alerts authorized staff of irregularities in the network and provides tools to easily manage operations. A built-in calendar-based scheduling system allows you to repeat live-stream events to ensure your message reaches all staff in real time, including those working off-hours or on a rotating schedule.

C-2 is presently used in a large US state correctional system to deliver impactful leadership messages and dynamic training content. Interest across other systems is growing quickly.
